City Scape
I did
this yesterday (June 26, 2002). The background is in Prismacolor
and the white is just white ink (applied with a Maru tip in my Nikko holder...
in case anyone was wondering :)). All the little spots are actually white,
but the scan made them kind of turn different colors. Just imagine them all
white... :)
